Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on January 22 inaugurated the Wahrew Bridge, India’s longest road arch bridge at Sobhar village.
The bridge was constructed under NLCPR of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) at a budget of Rs. 49.395 crores. The bridge will connect Bholaganj and Sobhar to Nongjri.
