Ashutosh’s father Rameshwar Sharma told that he was brilliant since childhood. Ashutosh completed his 12th standard from the village high school. After this he graduated from LS College under Bihar University. After this he started working in a private company after getting B.Tech degree from VIT Vardhaman.

After this elections were held as officers in Corporation Bank. But after working for just two years, he again appeared for the SSC examination… after passing which he was reinstated as a Custom Inspector. But did not stay there for long. After that he started preparing for UPPSC. After passing which he has been selected for the post of DSP.
