Therefore, Numerous users rushed to social media to voice their concerns about the app’s difficulties.
According to ‘Downdetector,’ the troubles began about 10.45 a.m. and are currently ongoing.
This is yet another snag after March’s troubles with online banking and the mobile app.
In November last year, a severe outage in the bank’s online banking and payment systems occurred due to a power failure in the principal data center, prompting the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to order the bank to temporarily cease all digital business generation efforts and client acquisition.
The RBI recruited an external professional IT company in February to conduct a detailed examination of HDFC Bank’s whole IT infrastructure in the aftermath of the disruption.
