Dukaan joins hands with Dunzo, Shiprocket to integrate delivery

Platform as a service for online merchants Dukaan announced a partnership with Dunzo, a homegrown hyperlocal distribution company, and Shiprocket, an e-commerce aggregation platform, on Tuesday to incorporate delivery into the platform for a more streamlined shopping experience.

Dukaan also provides retailers an end-to-end approach, including inventory management, advertising, orders, payment, and distribution.

“Our strategic alliances with Dunzo and Shiprocket will not only simplify distribution for our merchants, but will also allow them to scale their businesses,” said Sumit Shah, Founder, and CEO of Dukaan.

Shiprocket offers a completely integrated end-to-end workflow, from product management to dispatching and monitoring shipments, while Dunzo specializes in on-demand fulfillment, ensuring that consumers get what they want when they want it.

By incorporating both technologies into the app, Dukaan’s 3.5 million retailers would be able to not only consolidate their distribution processes but also get a stronger handle on their market by strategies for managing deliveries through stores and customers, the company said.

Additionally, an electronic distribution system enables merchants to scale their operations by reducing the time and resources required to manage the logistics associated with each consumer order.

This benefits both the final user and those participating in supply chain processes.

Dukaan is a robust platform that offers end-to-end solutions for sellers around the world, including inventory management, discounts, sales, payment, and distribution.
