Lenovo announces the launch of a device health management solution in India. Lenovo unveiled in India on Thursday an upgraded version of its cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) device health monitoring solution, Lenovo Device Intelligence Plus.
The new solution retains Lenovo’s renowned AI-driven predictive analytics but adds even more proactive device insights. And capabilities to help businesses achieve greater results.
“Following an exhaustive examination of customers to ascertain their most pressing IT difficulties. Lenovo created a high-level foresight examination arrangement with an adaptable, extensible design and enhanced security,” Rohit Midha, Lenovo India’s Director, Service Sales, said in an articulation.
Therefore, “By redesigning our SaaS apparatus, we need to lessen support costs, help end-client efficiency. And upgrade the general end-client experience for the entirety of our customers,” he said.
Moreover, the program gathers 10,000 data points from each device every 15 seconds. Enabling real-time monitoring of millions of aggregated data points throughout the fleet.
Then it reports on device health trends and does in-depth root-cause analysis. Quantifies the effect of IT resource limitations on end-user productivity, and offers useful insights to help guide choices about hardware and software investment rightsizing for improved business results.
Lenovo Device Intelligence’s new solution relies on the company’s sophisticated predictive analytics. Proactive insights and warnings, comprehensive reporting, and fleet health score capabilities.
Additionally, it provides improved insights, warnings, reports, and analytics, as well as additional alternatives for resolving issues.
It includes productivity effect evaluations caused by IT resource limitations, root cause problem analysis, and peer benchmark comparisons to provide a better understanding of PC health. Additionally, it includes user experience rating and insights on asset optimization.
According to the firm, the solution is based on a multi-layered security stack and adheres to stringent data protection rules. It adheres to industry standards and takes a rigorous approach to safeguard sensitive consumer data.
The firm claimed protection measures include more secure encrypted APIs, a web-app firewall with IP/domain whitelisting, and strict user access rules, to name a few.
