India vs South Africa 1st Test Day 1: India Loses Openers Early

On the first session of Day 1 of the first IND vs SA Test at the SuperSport Park in Centurion, India lost both their openers quickly and were reduced to 23/2. This happened after Temba Bavuma won the toss and chose to bowl first. Ravindra Jadeja was unable to play due to back spasms, leading to R Ashwin’s inclusion in the lineup. Additionally, India gave a debut to Prasidh Krishna.
