The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has recently concluded the admission process for the academic session 2023-24 in most junior colleges. The application for admission was active from 29 May 2023 to 9 June 2023. DARPAN received a significant number of applications from candidates seeking admission to Higher Secondary (Class XI) at various colleges. In accordance with the Assam State Government Orders, admission to Higher Secondary is now free of charge.
Important Dates for DARPAN HS XI Admission
– Online application submission for students: 29/05/2023 to 9/06/2023
– Preparation of Selection List/ Waiting List of applicants by the institution: 10/06/2023 to 12/06/2023
– Publication of Selection List/ Waiting List of applicants by AHSEC (Valid up to 15th Jul June 2023): 12/06/2023 (Midnight)

Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2023
The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has rescheduled the HS 1st year admission dates as per the notification published. Candidates who still haven’t applied on the Darpan portal can apply till 17 June 2023.
Assam AHSEC DARPAN College wise merit List
AHSEC has introduced an online application system for eligible students seeking admission into the 2-year Higher Secondary Courses. Once selected in the Assam Class XI Merit List 2022, candidates will be required to log in to the AHSEC DARPAN Portal and confirm their admission.
